Refund Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Nümia is the legal business name and registered seller of the Nümia service. We want you to genuinely benefit from a calmer planning experience. If it isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Refund window
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
How to request a refund
Our payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
2. Reply to your Paddle order confirmation email, or
3. Email us at contact.numiaplanner@gmail.com and we'll help you.
Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. See Paddle's refund policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period. When a trial ends, a paid plan is cancelled or a payment finally fails, nothing is deleted. Your account continues on the free plan, and anything you created with paid features stays saved and becomes read-only: you can still see it, but not change or add to it, until you choose a paid plan again.
Free trial
Try Nümia with Vera free for 14 days. No card needed. When your trial ends, you'll continue on the free Nümia Planner. Nothing is deleted: anything you created with paid features stays saved and read-only. You're never charged unless you choose a plan. Each account can use the trial once. This policy covers Nümia with Vera (monthly and yearly), Nümia Student and Founding Member. Refunds are processed through Paddle.
