How Nümia compares

Everything else you've tried, side by side.

What each one does well, what's missing, and how Nümia fills the gap.

Paper planners

What it does well
A beautiful ritual: pretty pages, your own handwriting, and writing by hand helps you remember.
What's missing
Every change means rewriting. No reminders, and it stays at home on the day you need it.

Nümia: all of that, and more

Just as good
Nümia is beautiful too, and it keeps the ritual: your own photos on every page, a colour for each month, your fonts and themes, and handwriting with a stylus on a tablet. Digital doesn't have to mean plain.

And on top of that
Plans move with a drag, reminders find you on every device, and a goal you write in January breaks into steps that land in your real weeks, so it never stays on a forgotten page.

To-do apps

What it does well
Catching a task takes a second, and ticking it off feels good.
What's missing
Everything looks urgent, and a list has no idea how long your day is.

Nümia: all of that, and more

Just as good
Catching is just as quick: Quick Add, or just tell Vera.

And on top of that
Must, Should and If time show what matters, the Priority Room decides what deserves your attention now, and your to-dos sit right beside your calendar, next to the steps of your goals. You see what truly fits today, and finishing your day moves the bigger things forward.

Calendar apps

What it does well
Reliable, with repeats, reminders and work invitations.
What's missing
They show time, not intentions: no goals, habits or to-dos.

Nümia: all of that, and more

Just as good
Your calendar comes with you: bring it in once or subscribe to it live, with events, repeats and reminders.

And on top of that
Around it, Nümia adds your to-dos, habits and goals, from the year down to today. You can see whether this week has room for what you actually want, and when something changes, Vera rearranges it, so your time finally reflects what matters to you.

All-in-one workspaces

What it does well
You can build almost anything, and they're great for notes and documents.
What's missing
You design, connect and repair the whole system yourself.

Nümia: all of that, and more

Just as good
Just as rich where it counts: lists, notes, finances, travel and vision boards, shaped with your own themes.

And on top of that
But the system is already built: your year, month, week and day connect to your goals and habits from day one, so the big plan reaches an ordinary Tuesday on its own. You spend your time living it, not maintaining it, and Vera does the upkeep.

Habit trackers

What it does well
Simple: one tap and you're done, and seeing progress is motivating.
What's missing
One missed day breaks the streak, far away from the rest of your day.

Nümia: all of that, and more

Just as good
Ticking a habit is still one tap, and you still see your progress.

And on top of that
Each habit can feed a goal, so you see what it's building. Habits show up on the days you planned them and carry into each new month, with a monthly reflection. No streaks to break, so coming back is never a failure.

AI planners

What it does well
They save time deciding when to do things.
What's missing
Many move things without asking, and credits make you think twice.

Nümia: all of that, and more

Just as good
Vera saves you that time too: she plans your days and weeks, sends a morning briefing and rearranges what changes.

And on top of that
But you stay in charge: nothing moves without your yes, and there are no credits to count. She plans around your rest, habits and goals, not just your meetings, in your own words and your own language.

To be honest

The other tools are good. The problem is that they're scattered.

A planner here, a to-do app there, habits in a third place and goals in a notebook. Each one works, but nothing connects them, so you end up being the system. No single app brought all of it together. That's why I built Nümia: every good system in one calm, beautiful place, working together.
